Start with the free Mini App feed. The feed and personal bot messages are separate ways to view information; opening the Mini App does not enable personal notifications.
Open the free feed
- Open @PumpRadar9bot in Telegram.
- Tap the Pump Radar menu button at the bottom of the bot chat.
- Choose RU, EN, TR or VI in the Mini App and open the free feed.
Personal notifications are separate
Use the steps above to view the free feed. If you use personal notifications, separately check the bot connection, access status and notification settings in the cabinet. Opening the Mini App does not confirm personal-message connection or delivery. This guide does not promise access activation or delivery times.
If a personal message is missing
Separate three situations first: no new card in the feed; a card exists but no personal message arrived; a message is in the chat but the phone showed no banner. A feed card does not prove that personal delivery is enabled for your account.
- If you use personal notifications, check that the website and bot chat use the same Telegram account.
- Check connection and access status, and personal notification settings in the cabinet. Opening the Mini App does not confirm these statuses.
- If the message is already in the chat, check Telegram and device notification permissions. This is separate from message delivery.
To describe a case, keep the coin, card number, card UTC time, visible statuses and whether a message exists in the chat. Mark gaps as unknown instead of guessing the cause. Passwords and secrets are not needed.
Start with the video introduction and card guide. Then open @PumpRadar9bot → Pump Radar menu → choose a language → free feed. Choose your observation period in advance; it is not an expiry date for the free feed.
